Founder & Project Lead — Vadym Sokolovskyi

Vadym Sokolovskyi is a finance and agribusiness professional with over 17 years of experience in the banking sector and more than three years leading agricultural market initiatives.

Before founding AgriDirect, Vadym served as Regional Manager and Deputy Director in major Ukrainian banks, specializing in SME development, agricultural financing, and risk management.

From 2019 to 2022, he directed a national agricultural marketplace in Ukraine, where he coordinated logistics, supported smallholder farmers, and built partnerships between producers and regional food distributors. This experience gave him firsthand insight into the challenges faced by small farms — and inspired the idea of AgriDirect.
